I purchased a new digital xray unit from All Start xray back at the end of the year 2014. The company lied about what products I was getting and was less than helpful when we had immediate trouble with the unit. After multiple attempts to install the unit it was found they had downloaded malware on the computer. After fixing one screw up after another we began to have hardware issues with the laptop we purchased with the xray equipment. It was then told we had a used and refurbished machine and they were not going to honor the warrenty. After going round and round with All Star Xray they finally returned our laptop however they were sleazy and tried to password protect the laptop to make it not usable for us. We paid for what we thought was a good qualtiy laptop to find out it was a low end refurbrished machine with hardware defects. They have lied, cheated, and scammed all along the way. How sleazy and crappy can you be. The owner is a piece of work she could have just replaced the non functioning computer or refunded our cost on the computer and made this siutation better however she refuses to do the right thing. Even their staff has been on our side telling us that the computer was a lemon and needed to have work and should have never been sold to us. Shame on All Star Xray.
