All Town Ambulance is the perfect place to work at if you are a stoner who likes being abused, talked down to and mistreated and don't know anyting about being an EMT taking calls that under no circumstance you should be taking. They don't respect you here especially if you are a female. They make your work schedule literally on a daily basis. You DONT CLOCK IN. TRACK YOUR HOURS! You wont find out if you are working until 9pm at night. If you are not Armenian you will not be working in the office here. They only give information in Arminean, EVEN THOUGH the person who is qualified to take pt information does not understand or speak it so there is always wrong information given when it is time to pick up the patient. You get no validated lunch breaks or regular breaks.
They don't have the fundging to keep their ambulances clean. Alot of EMT's that work there don't even clean after each patient.This company does not comply with OSHA standards. Patients with contact isolation are not cleanded up after they have been picked up. Numerous times disposable sheets are used on various patients. The people who work in the office are verbally abusive. This company does not care about their employees. They just care about the money gladly and willing running their employees into the ground to get it. Don't work here if you have self respect.
Don't send your loved ones to be transported through this place either. You would be trusting high people in a filthy environment that could have your loved ones come into contact with something that they did not have before. You get what you pay for and if you choose this company because they are cheaper than the others. Just think it costs A LOT of money to run an ambulance company and cheaper in this sitaution is not better. Ambulance companies need the money to restock their ambulances, fuel, paying employees, insurance etc. So if it's cheaper it will be lacking in some areas.
