I reeived a phone call from these people on a Sunday in Nov. I purchased pills for acid reflux, a membership that could be cancelled within 14 day period. On Monday morning I called and cancelled the membership a nd the order per instructions from doctor not to take in conjunction with prescription meds for same condition. I was instructed to wait for package to arrive, place a RA (return authorization number) that they gave me and write on unopened package and return. I waited for a couple weeks to inquire about refund of $109.85. That's when the lies started. 1) i returned to address on box which was 6565 Knott Ave., Buena Park, Ca. 90620. I gave them the tracking number on box which was the same as one on sending to me. They said they 2)did not receive it. 3) said they did not have a facility at this address. For the record they are a part of a group called American Global HealthGroup, LLC, 11808 Northup Way, Ste. W-105, Bellevue, Washington 98005, 855-662-9112.

I repeatedly two to three times a week tried to reason with these rude, sarcastic, lying people and each time another runaround.

Finally on my last call they agreed that I had $94.90 refund due and it would be several weeks before I received it. Then he said, "oh, I mispoke, you gave us the wrong tracking number"..We will have to review the whole transaction.

By this time I had devoted 6 weeks with this outfit. So I am listing them with fraud.org which I understand is forwarded to the FBI since it is internet fraud. In other words across state lines. Also contacting Better Business Bureau of America, better Business Bureau of Los Angeles, Better Business Bureau of Buena Park, Ca., Better Business Bureau of Portland Maine.

I called Aloecure to order, but when the pressure to order other items became intense, I told them to cancel the order. They informed me the order was already made and they would not cancel it. I had to call back on Monday to stop the order. When I called back they told me the merchandise was sent and I would just have to return it when I received it. I called Discover and they gave me instructions to mail the shipment back and they would dispute the return shipping charge. When this was done, Aloecure informed me that their policy (of which I never had a copy) was that if you dispute the shipping charge, they will not refund the money. Now I have no merchandise, and I am out of $173.90.

I have tracking information, but never received an invoice. Discover is not sure they can return my money. How is a compny allowed to do this?
