Nowhere did it say that if I did not contact the company within 14 days I would be billed for £86.85 and £89.85 for the two 'trail' products. I have received my bank statement tody to discover that I £86.85 and £89.85 have been taken from my bank account. I have tried to contact Alore by telephone to complain and to request that they do not take any more money from my bank account or send any further products, as since I looked into this company I understand they have continued to send unwanted products to other customers and take money from their accounts. The number 0800014877 appears on my bank statement next to the company name and I assume this to be their contact number, however the number is constantly engaged.

Having phoned today to cancel the shipment of any more of this product and to get a returns address for the parcel that turned up today, I did mention that I had returned the last shipment but they informed me that this has not been received and that a refund would not be forthcoming. This women today stated that any returns would only be refunded for half the cost (£43.42) but after some time she agreed to any future returns being paid in full.
