On march 31,2015 I was contacted by AFS Legal,I was told they had a case against me for a payday loan,I was so upset about the possibility of being sued that I paid the company $655.00 using my Husbands credit card,I thought that was taken care of.On 6/30/2015 I received a call from a different company stating they were going to proceed with filing with the court for nonpayment.I started checking into AFS Legal and also tried to call the company,of course there number had been disconnected
