They came over shorted and blew up one of our $250 TVs and RCA dvd Combo in perfect condition and almost new. They blamed the electric in the home and left without service working. Mr. Oussama "Sam" Bennani the Owner of Amazing Satellite was absolutely no help and dodged our attempts to contact and get help. They will not let us cancel even though we never signed a contract. They have no plans to replace our broken TV and we were sold more channels than we ended up receiving. Overall an absolute horrible experience. Mr. Oussama "Sam" Bennani the Owner really sounded nice on the sports radio piece.... but do not be fooled... This is a very very poor company with no customer satisfaction in mind and false guarantees.
Turns out the Amazing Satellite employees FORGED my signature with my first name and my girlfriend's (ex-husband's) last name! Wow! How stupid can you be? Guess I was right and I never did sign anything.
Directtv Corporate has rewarded us over 3 months of free service, discounted our channel upgrade and has sent out a corporate technician to fix our problems. This was because of multiple corporate violations including Forgery by Amazing Satellite and there is currently a "presidential office" review of this company. This was a good lesson. Call corporate from the start!
