Owner Bob Safavi ordered an automotive transmission from my company, installed it in his vehicle and sent his old transmission back and received core credit. Two months later he disputed his credit card, claiming it had been stolen. Despite the fact that I have 100% ironclad proof (signed delivery receipts and bills of lading, phone records, etc.) Visa still allowed him to steal the transmission from my company. I have no reason to doubt the accuracy of the original poster’s claims that he cheated her on her pay. If he steals from his employees and steals from his suppliers, he'll probably steal from his customers. I have attached a copy of the rebuttal letter sent to Visa when he disputed the charge. Visa initially reversed the chargeback, so he then claimed the card had been stolen.
I work for a VERY small courier company names AMD or Metropolis in Northern Va. My boss likes to not pay me the correct MOST of the time, underpay me for work do and have to PROVE my work to him with a manuifest I keep of everyday of deliveries. He over charges the customers, how do I know, they ask me how much I get paid for each delivery, not much.
I am willing admit he sometimes gets the pay right, but, that is rare. I have to correct HIM about 50% of the time. I shouldnt have to.
He now (916/2013) is trying to "bet" me my lists are wrong and wont pay me, saying my records "suck". If that is true then I should not have records, signatures, and times, and dates of every delivery I made.
Mad, yes, I am, the low salary has caused me to live in my car for the past 10 months now, the winter was hard and the summer heat is not much better. Luckly I have my property in storage. that cost money also.
These people asking for $15 per hour, are you kidding?? I am lucky I get $10 per delivery. He charges the least $50 to the customers, I am suppose to get 50%, thats a joke.
