Was called by Marc Johnson from American Law Enforcement informing me that a lawsuit has been filed against my name and my social security number by Cash Advance USA. Was then put through an Attorney Riicky Clark saying that action has been taken against my name and social security number saying Cash Advance USA had given me a loan of $7000 and that I had failed to pay the loan back. I never took a loan out with this company, never received any money or anything from this company. These phone calls have threatened me and threatened to come to my job and arrest me. This is a scam!!! Beware of these companies!!
I received a similar call at my work office! Saying that I was to be arrested if I did not return their call in 24 hours. And that there is a lawsuit filed against my social security number. These people need to be shut down immediately!
