Do not use American Maids for cleaning your condo or residential homes! She hires people off Craigs list, thru temp services and just any body off the streets that she knows nothing about and entrusting these people in your homes where many things have gotten stolen and barley clean. I've had many things taken from my house and all she says is I'm sorry and turns the blame on me like I've misplaced stuff. She's had several elderly people that she has taken advantage of and just because she's gotten bigger with her business she just don't show up to these homes and these poor people are waiting for her or her employees and they never show her excuse is its just not worth it anymore meaning they don't have enough money. I've had her coming to my house for quite awhile bUT never again!! I've been in contact with a few of the people who use to work for her but doesn't anymore and it's because of the person she has turned into be. Stay away from her and her company or you could be the next victim!!!
