I have HAD IT with this scumbag, GEORGE DODD, and the AMERICAN NATIONAL RECOVERY GROUP. I have been harrassed for 13-years by these low-life, lying CRIMINALS. I have moved MULTIPLE TIMES since leaving the state of Connecticut in 2000---yet I have had some sort of tax due over the summer of 2001? I called the city I moved from, they have NO RECORD. I called this company, they could show me no proof. We are now over 13-years later and multiple residences two states later---I just moved into a house in Georgia just over a month ago and I received yet ANOTHER LETTER from this stalking b******! YES I'M TICKED OFF---I AM BEING STALKED, I'M BEING HARRASSED, I'M BEING OPENLY LIED TO BY THIS FRAUDULENT PIECE OF GARBAGE. They are tracking me down trying to collect a bill THAT WAS NEVER DUE.

DEAR DIRT BAG--- if you're reading this you have pushed the WRONG GUY. I am going to my attorney and have charges filed. You have caused me years of distress with your stalking, your harrassment, your making up lies to try to steal money from me. THIS IS FRAUD---AND I AM GOING TO PUT AN END TO IT. I have asked you REPEATEDLY to stop contacting me, you've refused to do so. THIS IS HARRASSMENT.

Received a letter from American National Recovery Group, Inc. "signed" by George Dodd regarding what he claims are seriously past due taxes on a vehicle that was registered in Greenwich, Ct. in 2003. Shortly thereafter the vehicle was sold when I moved to New Hampshire.

The communicant, claiming to be a professional debt collector, is seeking taxes on aforementioned vehicle for the years of 2004 and 2005. This struck me as odd since I moved out of state and sold the vehicle in 2003. After reading the numerous complaints against Mr. Dodd, I am so very glad I did not send money to this scam.

If a Class Action Suit ever materializes I hope that I am contacted to participate to help end this fraud.

I have been receiving letters from American National Recovery Group for about a year now. They are supposedly ttempting to recover several tax debts that I "owe" to the town of Groton, CT for property tax on my vehicles. While I have owned the vehicles in the past, all taxes were paid when they were due.

As I moved to Oregon in August of 2003, I fail to understand how I could possibly owe taxes on these vehicles through 2006. I have responded to every one of their letters with the same information. I either sold or junked the vehicles in question in July and August of 2003! Today I received another letter and it claims that they have sent me numerous notices about how I owe this dedbt and ignoring it will not make it go away!

I simply don't understand how they think I have been ignoring them. I have written them back FOUR times at least. Each time stating that I no longer owned the vehicles and have not since 2003. Unfortunately, I no longer have copies of bills of sale or junk yard surrender receipts. I moved 11 years ago from CT and I have moved 5 times since then and the last move was from Oregon to Florida.
