Lonnie Radcliffe is a Con Artist. He is a liar and took on a stack of my clients to get them funding for their businesses and this turned out to be lies. He held on to the files for 8 months and kept delaying saying we had closings and never had a one and never even submitted my clients to funding sources. His resume does not line up with his final results. He over promises and under delivers. He charged my clients thousands in cash of money up front and never, ever had one single funding source whatsoever. He stole clients hard own cash. To make it really bad, while I had a live contract in place with some of my clients, he deceptively turned my clients against me and undermined me by stealing the clients even while I had a legal binding contract in place. When I realized I was dealing with a Con Artist (Lonnie Radcliffe), I was able to save most of my deals and get them to a legitimate funder and have started closing my own files.

Whatever you do, do not do business with this guy and never, ever give him your money. He has pancreatic cancer and uses this as excuses to have clients feel sorry for him. Don't do business with Lonnie Radcliffe, he is bad news and it will cost you your business and reputation if you do business with him. Lonnie Radcliffe sounds very articulate but is very incompetent. Lonnie Radcliffe has no money and always sponges off you for your money. He is almost 70 years old and will potentially be off the earth hopefully, in the next few months from last stage of pancreatic cancer!

Pamela Johnson is a Very Troubled and Dangerous Woman

This anonymous report was filed by Pamela Johnson who is last known to reside in Chicago,Illinois. The mere fact that Pamela filed an anonymous report is indicative of her lack of character and malicious spirit.

Pamela Johnson is a troubled and desperate woman who is capable of doing anything for money. I met her through her accountant who asked me to help her obtain funding for a hospitality business. Due to past failures and an abysmal credit rating, no funding source would touch her.

Next, she asked me to assist her to sell and/or borrow against her "art collection". Those who viewed Pamela's "collection" were of one accord that Pamela grossly overstated the value of her "art". Similarly, Pamela could not document proof of her ownership.

Pamela's next misadventure was to borrow money from a loan shark. When Pamela couldn't pay him, the loan shark began threatening her and even sent his goon to collect from Pamela. Once again, she came to me for help. Fortunately, I was able to get the loan shark to back off when I threatened to use my influence to block community approval for his proposed hotel development. Meanwhile, Pamela pawned her furs and used the proceeds to pay the loan shark. However, Pamela even botched this, and had to borrow money from me to prevent the pawn shop from selling her furs.

Next, Pamela came to me for help with filing an insurance claim for damage to the roof of her residence. I asked an attorney friend to look at assisting Pamela, but he backed away when he found that Pamela's claim was without merit, and indeed, was highly suspect. Similarly, the contractor I recommended to Pamela reported to me that Pamela solicited him to falsify his report to the insurance company.

On the matter of Pamela's clients, they are all start-ups lacking financial performance and without assets. Notwithstanding the daunting task of attempting to raise capital for start-ups with little or no operating history or assets, I did contact over 50 small business investment companies (SBICs). There were no takers. On the matter of receiving cash payments, Pamela and I were paid by only two clients for writing their business plans. Pamela's contribution in writing the business plans was very minimal, at best, given her lack of accounting and financial training. One of these two clients never wanted Pamela to be involved, and only relented when I promised to keep Pamela away. When the client's contract expired,in December 2014, the client elected to renew its contract only with me and is still a client to this day.

Pamela's desperation for money and unreasonable expectations about raising capital, led Pamela to making vile and disgusting attacks against me. Similarly, a reading of Pamela's complaint even reflects a vicious statement in which she wishes for my death. Thus, my only recourse has been for me to cease any contact with Pamela. She is a troubled and dangerous woman.

Meanwhile, I am amazed that your service would print an anonymous complaint that mentions my medical condition without getting my prior approval. Consequently, my attorney is looking into this anonymous complaint, and will be in contact with your office.
