I made an appointment at this place after hearing someone recommed them. I arrived a few minutes early. The receptionist handed me a clipboard but did not greet me professionally. I was then told to sit and wait in a large room with several others. There was no communication at all to indicate how long this would be. A young woman took me to perform a couple of minor tests which took less than 3 minutes. She then ordered me to sit back in the waiting room. The store had two exam rooms and only one optometrist. Various people kept inserting new patient records in a plastic inbox hanging on the wall. I was concerend that my file kept getting pushed further back. Finally after 55 minutes the optometrist walked out and grabbed the file of a man who had not been waiting even 5 minutes. I walked to the front and asked someone if they waited on people based on appointments or first come LAST SERVED. She siad they did go in order and seemed to think I was out of my mind for complaining. I had to walk out of this deplorable, unprofessional, mismanged place. The staff were not well trained nor even friendly. Furthermore they acted as though they could not have cared less when I simply walked out angry for wasting over a total of one hour of my time.
