SCAM

what an awful scam- searched on google for a local florist in san francisco. paid for an order and this company never delivered the flowers. they do not answer the phone.

after researching further, I discovered others with the same experience- beware of this scam!

also, I discovered they are not a local company in san francisco as their website claims.

apparently, whatever link you click to navigate to the company site, it falsely pretends to be in whatever city you are clicking from.

These people NEVER delivered my mom's Mother's Day flowers. I ordered them and they cancelled the order the very next day (sat) and my Mom never got her flowers. I found out by email. The email said cancelled and refunded. My bank didn't have any record of them refunding my money. That was nearly 100.00. I had to file a claim which they have agreed to satisfy. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!!!! There are so many complaints, why is this place not shut down????

I order flowers for Mother's Day for my sister. Amy's Florest advertises itself as a local florest. They are based in Irvine, CA

I've read many complaints on line that the company is a scam. According to their site, my order was completed. My sister never received the flowers. The only thing that was completed was their scam.

This is a terrible company, if it exists. I hope that the powers that be on the internet will take down their site so other people won't be ripped off.

I contacted my credit card company to file a report in the amount of over $70.00. Hopefully, they will be able to reverse or cancel the charge.

Let the buyer beware, Amy Florest is a scam.

I ordered flowers for my daughter, but they were not delivered on the day ordered or even the next day. I went to their web site to track the delivery and it said the order had been cancelled with no explanation. There was no phone call from them. The note also said my order would be refunded. However, it was not. I don't think Amy's Florist exists. It is a scam. Now they have my credit card information.

So like others, I really wish I had read reviews before ordering from here but silly me thought that review research wasn't necessary to order flowers. The thought didn't even cross my mind. Do NOT order from this florist. On 11/5/14 I ordered since they "guarantee" same day delivery if ordered by 3:00pm. So I ordered for same day delivery. Well, almost a week later and my flowers still haven't been delivered. I could understand a day or so since I am not local, I am in NY, and it would have been fine, but the website says NATIONWIDE. So like others, I've called and emailed and have not received any response. I filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back somehow and was going to leave it at that. But now that I've read so much about this place online, I want to report any where I can. What a crappy company and they should be ashamed of themselves. I'm also reporting them to the BBB.

Thursday early morning October 30, 2014 I ordered flowers on line from amyflorist.com. The flowers were to be delivered by 5:00 pm that same day to Stockdale Funeral Home in Rogers Arkansas. Shortly after I placed my order I received an email from Amy Florist showing me my credit card payment receipt. Then later I tried to email, I called serveral time, left several messages. Nobody returned my calls or answered my emails regarding my order. Next day Friday October 31, 2014 still no reply from Amy Florist. They NEVER delivered my flowers, they only TOOK MY MONEY. This is a Fraudulent site.

Do not order flowers from Amy Florist - they are not local - don't answer their phone - and don't deliver the flowers you paid for! We ordered flowers from Amy Florists for a colleague who recently moved to Tampa. The flowers we ordered were not delivered on time and were not what we ordered. Even worse, the flowers were to celebrate the birth of a baby and instead of sending a cute red wagon with flowers, Amy Florist sent a stuffed teddy bear that was tied by the nect to the vase with a plastic tie used by electricians! Dreadful and creepy! Stop Amy Florist from scamming customers! Forbid them to sell in Florida!

I was going to surprise a woman I met recently with a dozen roses. I went on line early this morning and found Amy Florist on the web and placed my order after seeing that they delivered before 3:00. I did not register an account with them because I wasn't sure if I would do business with them again.

A couple hours after placing the order, I received a welcome email along with an order confirmation. Everything seemed to be as it should. A while later, I decided to check to get a delivery time so I wouldn't have to wait around the house all day. I called their 800 number and went to voice mail where I left a complete message including asking them to call me back. After not hearing anything in over an hour, I called back and again went directly to voice mail. Around noon, I began to suspect something was wrong so I searched for other ways to reach them. I found on one of the emails that they said you could reply to that email so I did again with all the details and my contact information. An hour after that, I was now convinced this company was a scam even though they accepted Pay Pal.

Searching again for ways to contact them, I Googled every possible combination I could think of to see if I could find another number or a physical location. At one point, I did find 3 physical locations but decided that if I left to pick up my order, it would certainly be delivered while I was gone. Couldn't risk it. I called Pay Pal to see if they could reach Amy Florist but after a while with their automated service I hit zero and was transferred to customet service. Well imagine my surprise when they were receining higher than usual call volumes. I hung up and went back to the internet.

This is where I found the reports about fraudulent Amy Florist locations in other states. Even though it is not yet 3:00, I am confident that my flowers won't be here before I have to leave. Even if the company is legit. No company should be unreachable by phone.

Looked online for a florist to send flowers to my mother for her birthday. Ordered them online thru Flowers by Amy and used my credit card. Ordered on June 12, 2014, card was charged, no flowers ever delivered at all. You call the number given and it goes straight to voice mail, and then it states that the "voice mail is full".

This appears to be a scam site altogether. My aunt died and I tried to send condolence flowers. They were advertised at $49. I filled out everything, and then the final page after giving my VISA information said they were actually $70. Fine.

I tried the next day to confirm by their webpage that the flowers were delivered. No reply. I tried the day after by email to confirm. No reply. I phoned both listed phone numbers. The first says operators are busy, leave a message...mailbox full. The second cuts you off immediately. These are numbers to call to order flowers: and you cannot reach them? But you can reach them online to give your VISA information?? And it's impossible to tell without bothering the bereaved whether the flowers were actually delivered???

By the way, other sites indicate that their address is actually a PO box, not a store. So while I can only guess where the money for flower orders goes, I can say that it didn't help my aunt's family, and it didn't help me.

I am complaining about a company "Amy Florist" in Irvine, CA. My son is shipped overseas fighting in Afghanistan and called me asking me to order flowers for his wife for their 1st anniversary. Since he cannot be here he wanted to send her something special for this special day.

I searched on the internet for florists in Clarksville, TN since that is where his wife is living and one of the first florists that came up was Amy Florist - family owned. Right away I thought this would be a good florist to use since they advertised as family owned. Boy was I terribly wrong.

First of all the company is not located in Clarksville, TN it is located in Irvine, CA (so the website states). I placed the flower order on Friday, July 11th for delivery on Sunday, July 13th. Everything on the internet went through fine and my payment was deducted. Based on their site they are open on Sundays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, so I assumed there would be no problems with the order.

July 13th came and by noon the delivery was still not made. I tried calling the 800 number on the website, but no answer and the answering machine was full. I tried again many times but got the same response. No delivery was ever made and my son was truly devastated because he thought his wife would think he forgot about their anniversary.

Finally on Monday I reached customer service and the first thing they told me was they do not make delivery's on Sunday. I asked why the order would go through if the delivery could not be made, but she had no answer for me. I asked if the delivery was still going to me made or if they were going to refund my money. All she said was she could email billing and they would get back to me in a couple of days. I asked to speak to the owner since it was family owned and she stated she couldn't do that. Then she hung up the phone on me. I continued to call back and again and again she would hang up on me. I then went online and looked at the shipment status and it stated partially delivered. How can flowers be partially delivered?

This by far has been the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. The are completely pathetic and have no sympathy for anything or anyone. And in the meantime my son is completely upset and can not do anything while in Afghanistan.

This company should not be able to remain in business!!!
