I received a phone call from Amy Stricken, stating I had a charge of Advanced 2 Larceny by check. She said I had a loan taken out and recited my social and birthday. I explained I had my car broken into with my I.d, social, everything in it. They told me it could be fraud but I could fraud and that I could handle it outside Dee e of court and to have my lawyer call. They said the company was called keystone. She said she work out of district 217 and that she was a private investigator, name investigator Stuart. The Ohio police said they had no one by that name. She said her associates badge number is 200374-0769273. I have never taken out a loan, they said they had my signature. NOT TRUE.
In 2013, when my card was stolen I called chase bank and reported fraud. They gave me the info of my acct and told me the best bet is to close the account. Nothing was ever put in or taken out my acct. The statements showed a fake loan automatically placed in and taken right back out. The bank told me in was fraud and to file a complaint so I did. They said I needed to call the county of courts office in my area. So I did, the lady laughed and said they have been getting a lot of these calls and that I just needed to tell them to stop calling it's collections trying to scare you. My record is clean. I have relieved one ticket. That is all. I'm tired of them calling my phone.
