These ppl are not telling the full story when you give them your money. They say you can have a home, but don't do any work for you. If your unaware if what the terms say, you will lose your money. And you don't get to read terms and conditions til after you pay.
Anchor house financial I called anchor house financial and was told that they would help me find a new home that was going to be foreclosed on if they could find someone to help them make their payments & rent their home. I was told I had to pay $199.00 to start off & it was completely rufundable to me. I was never told when or what it took to refund my money & a few days passed I found out I needed to mail out letters and ask if the property owner would even consider me, I sent out about 15 different letter and 10 of them have been returned to me unopened. So I called anchor house financial back to get my refund & was told I needed to wait 90 days to do so and that I should try harder and they would update their systems so I could get an actual reaponse. I tried talking to a supervior, and he was just rude and snotty. I could have never imagined I'd fall into such a SCAM!!!! I want my money back that I worked hard for! :( This comany is a rip off, I wish I could get my money back!!!
They are miss leading. Do not help contact clients in foreclosure,I have to do that. Paid 199.00 to see addresses. Addresses on search listing and on satellite map don't match.
