The main issue is he never had his rent on time. He would always talk to me and then eventually give me a lump sum. Even though he paid it was never the full amount that he owed and was always very erractic. At this point he owes me over a grand and is going to leave without paying a cent. He obviously is willing to boast about it. Also will tell you about all these hopes and aspirations he claims he is going to be involved with and yet will sleep all day and stay up all night. Also will eat all your food too! My only mistake is not kicking them out sooner.
