Anomo Inc contracted my client to create a Vine and YouTube video to promtoe their app. Anomo initially breached the contract by not paying my client upfront. They then decided they weren't going to pay him at all and stop responding to emails.
They owe my client $3,000 plus damages. I have instructed them to cease and desist with the use of his name and likeness and they have not stopped.
