If zero stars were an option for a review, it would still be too many. Arthur took a check from us months ago, yet admittedly "never" did the work that we requested and he quoted us for.
However. In an effort to keep our money, he claims he repaired the gutters on the other side of the house, which was never requested for repair and was never in need of repair. Further, rather than simply issue a refund for the money that he did not earn, Arthur challenged me to file a lawsuit in order to get my money back!
Arthur even had the audacity to offer to fix the original gutters we requested if we paid him even more money now (!?) - as if I would ever do business with him after his behavior. None of this is to mention that he was extremely rude to my wife and to me, even feeling the need to insult me both personally and professionally via phone and in email.
A brief googling of this company shows that this is sadly Arthur's regular way of doing business. Stay away!
