Anywhere Shipping, Ray Sedano, Brandon and his brother and anyone associated should be avoided at AL COSTS. I've been trying to work with these people since April 30th. it's now mid June and besides the lies, the heart ached, head ache, and total frustration, i've lost a lot of money because of these scammers.
They promise you one price and a date to ship. They don't show up. They spend their time trying to broker a cheap deal and they do nothing themselves except take your commision up front and then string you along for months. I was told RAY was the whole problem. Well, he's been gone now (according to Brandon and his brother "the owners") for months and no shipper ever showed up. The even sent companies to my house for twice the cost without advising Me nor the shipping company they hired of the actual facts.
They give you a sob story and heart felt apology. i tried working with them finding alternative, and almost fealt bad for them. but when i wanted my deposit back since i had to solve my shipping issue on my own (costing me HOURS of work and a loss of wages, work time and a ton of money) they promised me to reverse my credit card payment. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN, of course. I texted, called and emailed with the owner who promised to personally deposit the money in my bank account. but of courrse, THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN EITHER. the guy is like 40 min from me. he's been begging for my patience, if he wanted to make this right he would have returned the money or driven to my house himself, fixed the issue or handed me cash. I gave him Way too much time and Way too many opportunities
BEWARE. most shipping brokers are scammers. and unfortunately Miami is the scam capitol of all.....but this one is one of the worst of the worst :(
