Purchased the rental car insurance through Travelocity and had a claim for damaged to the rental car. More than a month after the claim Berkely send me a letter asking for more information, the same that was already in the original claim. Another month went by and an mail came stating a check would be sent out. Two weeks after this no check has arrived and when I called to complain I was told they would need to cancel the check which would take 2 weeks and then they could send another check. A total scam of an insurance company, seems like they will use every trick in the book to scam the customer out of receiving funds for any claim you may have. Buy insurance directly from the car rental company next time and not from Travelocity or other company that offers AON Berlely travel insurance.is the advice I would give
I had a similar experience with this company - it took FOREVER to get information, many phone calls later and a lot of duplication on information before it was figured out. I ended up getting $89 and paid nearly $200 for coverage. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I got this when i purchase a ticket from Priceline to cover lose bags or stolen bags Trip Interruption I had all this happen I had to buy another ticket and i ws told you send us that with your claim we will replace the cost and any extra motel car fees you my have my bag was lost or stolen i put claim in for that They did nothing the didn't replace they didn't pay they just refused the cliam and told me my claims were Denied This ins. company is a Rip Off they only want your money dont buy the ins. i have lost so much dealing with this company any company that has this many names is bound to be Fraud going on some where. RUN Dont Buy!
