My wife called Gary to repair our Maytag washer. He had to order parts. Parts came in 'wrong'. We have been trying to get him here to repair this for 3 weeks. His father died. Maybe. told him is was sorry on Thursday. He said he was coming back into town now, Thurday. I told him we were out on Friday but would he come early on Monday. No call or no show. Called the 513-413-7114 number yesterday, Monday, and a woman said he with be her today, Tuesday between 2 and 4. My wife called at 4 and he said he knew nothing about it.
Said he would be ther presently. I called and he did not answer. His cell is 513-578-7731. He continues to avoild answering. I got hold of him at 8pm same night. He said he was leaving and would be there within the hour. Just called at 9pm and said he had a flat. Can be there in the morning. Checked on line and see that he is less than honest - takes out parts and needs money to order new ones. I called back by no answer. We will tell him to leave teh part on the porch since we paid for it. Little chance that will happen. Date 2014-06-17, time 21:40:35.
I called the appliance services number, 513-413-7114. A woman set up a time for a repair man to come out and repair our washing machine. He showed up with another young man who I later found out was the nephew of the woman who set up the appointment and her husband who supposedly own the company. He went downstairs took the computer board out of our washing machine and another part that are extremely expensive to replace. Said he was just getting some type of an code off of them so that he could order the parts. Told us it would take about a week or so for the parts to come back in. He immediately left our house went to our bank and cash our check. When I called and asked him about this he said it was because he needed the money to purchase The parts. I waited about a week or so and tried to contact him this cell phone number he given me at that time was still working. He said the part had come in and that they would be here the next day. The next day his cell phone has been turned off and that's the last that we ever heard from him.
After about a week of calling the phone number for the woman who set up the appointment and having her husband threatened to come and knock my teeth down my throat for leaving so many messages, it was then explained to him how we had been ripped off he ate then told me the brother or whoever he was that someone would be at my home by 3 o'clock that afternoon and the washing machine would be repaired please do not file a police report. Of course no one showed up phone calls are never returned at this point police reports have been filed. The brother and sister-in-law think that they are not in any trouble but since it is their phone number and their receipt they are and just as much trouble as Gary Myers or what ever his name is. Gary Myers was picked up arrested several times he keeps getting release he is at this moment at large with warrants out for him. I would beware of anyone related to the company to the people to any of the family because it appears as if the whole family is dishonest. Google Gary Haynes and you will see you back in 2010 him and I Kelly Malecot were arrested for the exact same thing scamming people as a maintenance repair stealing the checks monies for heroin addiction.
