I worked for ARC for about two years until they got to the point of not paying me for about half the invoices I turned in, with pictures that were OKayed by QC, and then paid on a "percent discount" because they were "late". First of all, I was NEVER late on completeing a job. Never. They would give you work orders that were already late, tell you to note on your invoice that you received the WO when it was already late, and you would not be penalized. You would have to call in-ON EVERY INVOICE- and correct them. They blamed the discounted invoice on their own accounting dept. It turned in to about a 4 hour phone call with them every week to argue the total, and almost NEVER get the total pay. They lie to you about this over and over. Be sure to read their paperwork BEFORE doing any work. You will be wasting your time and hard work.
