Sept 4 2014 i ordered an oversized scrapbook and refill pages from this company i had been looking for quite some time for what i wanted. I have an old trunk frull of things my son did in school that were always too big for the normal sized scrapbook, then i got a catelog in the mail and there they were oversized scrapbooks just what i needed. I placed my order $90.67 then never got a confirmation email, so oct 10, 2014 i called spoke to a very nice lady named loni who was going to help me out, she never called back. I called multiple times but always got voice mail let numerous messages begging and pleading for them to return my call, tell me the item was out of stock and/or refund my money, not one courtesy call.

Called again dec 12, 2014 spoke to a very sweet young sounding person that couldn't understand what happened to my order and "yes" she did see it had been ordered 3 months ago, she would speak with her supervisor Loni) and call me back, no call back again. Jan 28 2015 i called again, left another begging message on loni's line asking to please afford me the courtesy of a return call, or just refund my $90.67 and i would go away, yet again no response from the company.. So here i am today writing a complaint, something the old me would never have done..

I placed an onder on December 6, 2015. My credit card was charged immediately for $56. but Christmas came and went and I did not receive my order. I have tried callling many times and get a recording that says something about heavy call volume so try again later. I have not talked to a single live person - ever. I contacted them by email and was told that they were getting a shipment January 9th and I would receive my order shortly. I contacted them again on February 9th 2015 by email because they were still experiencing "heavy call volume" and asked for a refund. I received an courteous email appologizing for the missteps in handling my order and was told that I would receive a refund check by mail as their computer system changed the first of the year and they couldn't refund my credit card. I was also told by Launie McDaniel - customer sevice, in the email that they would also send my order (as a courtesy). It is now March 16th, 2015 and I have not received a refund by credit card or by mail. I have not received any of the items I ordered in December and they are still experiencing "heavy call volume. These people are the worst of the worst! Do not by anything from Archival Albums and Photo Pages!! They will take your money and will not send you anything!
