I was briefly detained in Oregon following a fight with my girlfriend. Now, 7 years later the mugshot has been attached to the top of my Bing results when searching my name. This scumbag Craig Robbert Wiggens is the owner of the arrests.org. Oregon law maintains he must take it down as no charges were ever filed. I am pursuing Bing to take it down but I am looking for a class action to join.
