I missed a call from this guy who was calling about a rental property I am advertising. I saw the rip off report about the $725.00 world wide view? So when I called him back I was skeptical. I asked a series of questions and told him the application process. He was surprised that the rent was only $1150.00, he said he would have paid $200.00. I told him we could schedule a showing and what the application fee was and he told me I had to pay him $50.00 for him to verify that the house wasn't in foreclosure and I should have the money at the showing. I told him a mortgage statement and the current HOA statement would be sufficient. He then said I was a scammer and a thirf and hung up.
