We spoke with the management team in order to get our security code to provide to our new provider. This was 60 days prior to the expiration of the contract. After three conversations they failed to tell us that they must also be notified in writing in order to cancel the contract. They then sent us to a collection agency. We have phenomenal credit and this company purposely withheld information in order to stick it to us.
It's concerning AHT I make payments right link to them on alarm system but I was not receiving services from them. My contract was with another company. I called to inquire about if they were still monitoring my systemI spoke with a representative she said that they were I made regular payments to them by credit card. But finding out later another company was monitoring my alarm system. I called ASG and spoke to Ken, He said he would look into it and get back with me know one did.I called them back and I spoke with Ken again he said that he would getting contact with me someone did call and told me that the contract was not canceled but they were still charging me monthly for the bill but I was not receiving services from them. They told me I had to give them a written letter saying that I want to cancel the account. Account has been canceled since watch of 2013 a phone call with me and no one said I had to send them a hand written letter. They told me they can hook my alarm system back up and that was just money I had lost but they were not monitoring the alarm system another company and they have turned me into a collection agency but ASG refused to give me a refund for work did it not do.
