I received a letter from collections stating that I owe $5696.58, but I have never used this bank, nor have I ever lived at the address they provided that was used to obtain this card. This company allows people to use anyone's identity to ruin a person's credit. I do not owe this and they said to file a police report. I asked for more information, since you cannot file a report on air, I need something to link thi to, but they won't give me anything. If I could get a copy of the signature page, I could prove I've never signed anything to obtain this card. I have only had one credit card in my life and that was in 2011 and they say this is from 1997. This company knows this is a false claim.
