This company advertises on living social and groupon, when they get to ur house they try everything in their power to "up-sell" you spot treatments, stair cleaning, anything to get you to pay more than what you bought off the online deal. He even had the owner\Manager call to try to get me to budge. Come to find out they left and did not clean the carpets and told the tenants they had to reschedule!!! I know they don't make money by advertising off these sites like living social/groupon they make money by up-selling when they get there, but to have the nerve to not even clean the carpets and leave! Terrible business practice!
Your review is flase that is not what happen. It is our job to offer other services like cleaning stairs and specialty stains like pet urine which you had though out all your carpeting. It was senseless to clean the carpet without treating it for pet urine. Your tennats also told you they wanted it treated. Your more then welcome to request a refund. We would rather you get your money back then take it bu doing a job that will not do anything for you if its not done correctly. Further more its a shame that people like you have to lie and not give the facts because you coudnt get something for free.!
