This is a predator lawyer who lures potential clients in by quoting them misinformtion; claiming he can solve all their legal problems for nearly nothing. Too good to be true type predator. He knows the laws & yet still give clients misinformation. Once he has a client paying then he "churns" their bill & continues claiming he's "just about there", etc. He is very reserved about giving anything in writing that he tells you. That way when you finally go broke or get wise to his scam then you don't have any real evidence that he's done anything unethical/illegal!! He asks for cash, money orders, cashiers checks, etc. He doesn't want any direct trail, ie credit card, personal checks, etc to be linked to him. This predator knows the laws because he's been practicing (stealing) for over 40 years! The bar association has been notified but are yet to do anything. Probably because he's paid them! AVOID this idiot at all costs or you will be another victim of fraud!! His specialty of law is criminal, personal injury, bankruptcy, family law/divorce. He will give your personal info to the other side that he claims to be protecting you from!!! PLEASE BE ADVISED!!!!
