The car went into COLWAGEN SA to fix the problem the 13 nov 2012 and it was delivered the 21 jan 22013 70 days after it came in
Colwagen SA charges for this reparation the amount of COL$ 10.770.155 aprox US$ 6.081
THe repairs made by COLWAGEN SA (AUDI) have 1 year warranty
Vehicle was driven 1.561 km after repair and the oil warning lamp turned on
Vehice goes into COLWAGEN SA audi shop and whith a work order oil consume they complete the oil level ( NO CHARGE )
THe car runs 2.338kms and the oild warning lamp turns on again
THe vehicle goes again into COLWAGEN SA they do an oil consume work order and they complete level ( NO CHARGE )
From that moment COLWAGEN SA ( AUDI) decides to compete oil level ( NO CHARGE) everytime the warning lamp turns on but only ocationaly the make work order.
Warning lamp continues turning on every 1.800 km (aprox). And because of the excesive oil consumtion I required the first consume protocol at 39.148km it means 6.975kms after repair
Vehicle runs 1.136kms and goes into COLWAGEN SA for the second consume protocol, COLWAGEN SA says " according to COLWAGEN SA the consume is under the regular parameters"
OIl changes for this vehicle are recomkended by the factory every 7.500 km
Vehicle runs 6.975km after repair and COLWAGEN SA ( AUDI ) have completed 6 times oil level
During 2014 i kepp taking the car to COLWAGEN SA every 1800 km aprox for the same reason ( excesive oil consume) and the dealer only completes the level ( NO CHARGE) with out attending my requires for that reason, because acording to COLWAGEN the exsesive consume is beacause of the TURBO.
From this year ( 2015 ) COLWAGENSA AUDI decides to charge for the oil, and the consume protocol for that same reason, excesive oil consume.
Jan 1 2015 COLWAGEN SA AUDI charges COL$ 296.960 aprox US$ 116 for that concept ( consume protocol ) and jun 2 sends me a charge for COL$ 19.577.203 US$ 7.665 to "fix oil consume "
