Bought 2015 Q7 from Audi Bernardsville on 8/26/14 and it was missing roof racks. Salesman said he would locate them and get them to me. Even gave me an i owe you for the racks. A few days later he tells me they are not included and he made a mistake. Not my problem as if I knew this I would of negotiated the racks into the deal. So I have put in complaints to BBB, Audi Corporate and now I am filing with small claims court. 24 Days and they dont reply to emails or phone calls. Buyer beware of this dealership.
