DO NOT sign any paperwork if you are not completely sure you want the car! If you do sign a Conditional Sale & Delivery Agreement, DO NOT drive the car off of, or around, the lot or even take the keys with you no matter what the salesman or any other personnel says! You DO NOT officially own the car at this point! They will tell you that you got approved by the bank for the car but the agreement clearly states that you have yet to receive credit approval and financing. This happened to us but we did not drive the car off of the lot. After three days of being threatened, demeaned and lied to by three different employees, we were able to have the transaction reversed, freeing us from any obligation to buy the car.
These people are ruthless and pathological liars!! We have NEVER been treated so poorly. They will do and say anything to try to intimidate you and make you feel like an idiot. DO NOT let them do this to you. Stick to your guns!!
