Please help!! This is the worse loan I've ever had! They are ripping me off and trying to take my car. I never seen a contract! Everything was done on the net and phone. I was told the loan is for 12months and after I made my 1st payment they said I'll be paying this loan off for the next 3,4 years!! I tried to get information from them they won't even give me a name!! I am so scared that they will take my car! I asked to speak to an manager because the lady was rude and wasn't listening, nor giving me information!! She wouldn't let me talk to a manager for a while,then the manager got on the phone being rude and hung up on me!! I'm so lost and don't know what steps to take!! Of course I thought it was ligit but I'm learning the hard way.
