Could not install Avast on my laptop for a 3 year 99.00 coverage plan. Called customer service (Carlos) who informed me he could "fix" the problem but I would need to purchase a $179. technical support plan or a $159. one time support service. Asked if this was some kind of scam and he asked if I still wanted his help. Said no. He hung up.
