Lupe Aguayo was recently fired from Stellar Automotive and while he was at Stellar he sold me motorcycle bars for my Harley. He worked on my bike, installed the bars and rewired many items that I never authorized. My bike was completely stock and ran perfectly before Lupe started messing with it. All of a sudden he tells me that I owed him hundreds of dollars more than was initially quoted to just install the bars. I paid him a discounted amount and picked up my bike.
No more than 3 miles into my first ride the bike broke down. I called Lupe and he worked on my bike and said it was good to go. Taking it out on another ride it breaks down again. So I called Lupe of Baggerz by Lupe several more times and he is avoiding my calls and voicemails. So now I have to take it to another shop to fix what Lupe broke on my bike. First time being scammed like this. I now know that the rumors are true about this guy. No wonder he was fired and is now opening his own shop out of his Mothers garage in Mesa Az. Stay away from Lupe Aguayo and Baggerz by Lupe unless you want to be taken and ripped off.
Call around in the biker community before dealing with Lupe. I know that I will be investigating Baggerz by Lupe myself. Find out if this guy has his business insured. I would highly doubt it. I will be making sure the city of Mesa knows he is operating a business because from what I know he cuts all corners. I also have called many people that I personally know in the bike industry to let them know what kind of a scam Lupe Aguayo actually is. I was surprised to find out from other people that I know that they already knew Lupe was not liked and known to screw over people.
