I recently sent a check to Bank of America and they won't credit my account.. They fail to call me back when foreign (bad accented reps) promise to. I have called repeatedly and sent scans of check (cancelled from my credit union) and the response is....just call us back again. They have reversed the late fee. They sent me a letter stating in lay terms they need the info I hve provided numerous times again. Or if they don't get it then I agree that they can just steal my money. I would upload a copy of my check however I'm not sure of the securrity of this site. as It's contains my name address and routing and account number for my checking account. I would upload if my security is guaranteed . don't do business with bank of america if at all possible.
