Good people from Tennessee, watch out for this slick talking big mouth from up north who works for Bathfitter down here in Tennessee stealing money from what he calls" slow people in the south." Yea the fast talker from Bath Fitter.. These people aint selling Bath Rooms, they are selling monthly payment notes. Oh yea, they throw in some cheap plastic junk but the main thing is they financing, and showing you pretty pictures of bathrooms. I did my research and found out just what a piece of junk this so called one day bathroom really is but it was after all the problems. My bad bigtime... They love to tell you that the fawcets come from Jackson Tn, cause they say they love keeping the money in good ole Tennessee..BS. They love keeping your money in they pocket. I have two friends and three family members who have had this cheap mess put in they houses right after I did. Problem after problem.. my brother-in-law ripped his out, after the walls came down two times, and had a real bathroom put in. I asked the young men who came to my house to put in the plastic, if they was plumbers and they said "they didnt have to be." Me and my wife likes to go to different home shows and thangs and we see they display everywhere but never do we see anybody from they company at the displays at the home shows. Now I know why.They dont wanna look anyone in the eye who have had this mess, Its all cheap, falls apart and forget getting anybody from Bath fitter to call you back or when they finally come out its always a different person except that slick talking salesman they keep in that $50,000.00 pickup truck he drives. Me and my family are hard working folks, we aint rich at all, but the lies that salesman told us, the cheap mess they put in my house and when we was thinking about selling our house and moving back to Brownsville, the real estate lady told us we probably should have our bath redone. Mold everywhere behind the wall, caulking has always been a mess, I could go on but I just want my friends up here in Jackson and everywhere to watch out!!! That salesman will be selling you a monthly note he thinks you can pay. $8000.00 for plastic??? Thats okay...I am a believer and the owner of bath fitter, and that slick sales rep will pay someday. They say that they know the lord, but they love money more...Then I saw a TV commercial with one of those fake wrestlers from Memphis in the commercial and me and my wife cracked up and both said at the same time....fake wrestling, fake bath room...I dont wont my money back, I figured I learned a good lesson and pretty much got what I deserved..Beware of Bathfitter and that super slick sales rep. with a pocket full of credit applications...we paid cash for ours, but he sure was trying to get us to use they financing...I have a feeling he was making money off that too...
I found a letter dated more than a year ago from the bathfitter finance company say my aunt was declined for her bathroom purchase. she said she didnt sign anything but gave the person her social security and state ID number and he just left. I called the finance company and told them my aunt didnt buy a bathroom but they said she did because they have three signed documents. I asked who was the salesman and they said Mike Murphy. I asked for copies of the documents but they said they would need to speak with my aunt. why would someone do this? Obviouly we will not recomending Bathfiter and may even seek out professional advice.

Plastic, Plastic Plastic. Lies about warranty and a so called sales rep using financing to rip people off. The Memphis and Jackson office is a glimmering rock of lies and rip offs. They tell you how great their product is, and using fawcets and nowbody has a plumbing licsense or remodelering permit. They never pull a plumbing permit because they would never pass inspection. The cover old moldy was which causes the mold to grow somewhere else. The owner of this franchise is absolutely the worst along with the weaK MANAGER AND THE OUTRAGOUS SO CALLED SALES REP. These cons do all the events promising to give big discounts but puff the price so the customer does not get any discount. The products cost less than $500.00 dollars and they charge up to $8000.00. The so called sal;es rep makes over $150,000.00 a year fast talking his way with the financing and totally supported by the owner. They have weekly meetings including the other locations this owners wife owns, and actually laugh and celebrate ripping off customers. On customer had her home completely consumed by toxic mold due to shodsdy installation of a valve that leaked behind the wall with her knowing it until her entire home was consumed with very toxic mold.Life time warrantey?? Are you kidding me. Yea, everybody knows plastic will last forever but the leaks that go unseen are very unhealthy. Run from this rip off. you will be much better off having a real contractor come to your home and build you a real bathroom not a barbie doll plastic very cheap shower. There is a reason the fly under the radar without permits and its because of the cheapness abd shoddy valve instellation. I know, I worked for them for years and I got to the point where the lies and ripoffs and laughing at the general public for paying so much for a very cheap product. Buy if you want to roll the dice, but as for me, I would never have that cheap mess in my house or that hustler salesman near my home or me wife. Get other prices. Talk to people that are real General Contractors, the one day job should speak vollumes. In construction, nothing worht having is done in one day, especially a plastic bathroom. Run from these people. The people on the internet saying Bathfitter is great are present employees of Bathfitter paid to write good reviews. The Bathfitter Corprate stores are decent, but the franchises are like the wild wild west. The will say anything and hire anyone. Run run run from these people....
