I bought a bottle of Bayer Tree & Shrub 32 ounce size to help rid my tree's of some bug issues. After trying the product I found it did not work on the bugs for my tree that were stated on the bottle.
The bottle states "Money Back Guarantee-If you are not satisfied with this product, we will gladly refund your original purchase price" I sent the original UPC along with my receipt and I wrote the company a request for a refund based on me not being satisfied with the outcome of the product. I received a form letter stating I "Must call them to discuss the situation"
It clearly did NOT say that on the package, Im thinking about filing a Class Action Lawsuit against Bayer Advance for deceptive marketing and mislableing.
