I ordered a duvet set online. Received it and it was a totally different color than advertised and was so big it fit a queen bed rather than the full I ordered. I contacted them right away and they refused to do anything! Refused to take a return, told me "it was pretty so keep it." I opened a dispute with my credit card company, and it's gonna cost me almost as much to return it as I paid for it! The will not respond to that, or to me. Dont ever buy anything fom them!
I had heard the bedcovers were just glorified sheets, but I was so in love with the picture of the 3D butterflies, I ordered anyway. When they came, they were plaid! And one of them looked like a monster with legs hanging down. Also, absolutely no 3D effect whatever. When I emailed for a return, I was told I would have to pay for the item to be returned to China and the cost was probably not worth it. This was a $100 lesson I couldn't afford to learn. Now I'm stuck with these ugly sheets and a slow burn. I guess China doesn't understand the meaning of "customer satisfaction".
On 12-4-2014 I placed an order with BeddingInn for many different items. One of those items was a king size bedding set. First some of my items were shipped seperatly and I was not informed of this.. Once my bedding arrived, I realized that it was not the one I ordered. I jumped through all of their hoops for them to tell me that they messed up and sent me the wrong one. Duhh...They wanted me to keep the one that was a mistake and pay another $50.00 and then they would send me the right one. I told them that I did not want the mistake one because I did not like Green and would never use it.. tons of emails back and forth. I told them that they should pay for the return shipping and then ship me the right bedding. They said that shipping cost too much and that they could not do that. That I would have to pay to ship it back and that It will take weeks for processing. I found this whole ordeal very frustrating and very unfair. Then they told me to go read their return policy. I ALMOST CHOKED! The return policy said that in my situation that they would pay for the return shipping and then send me the right bedding...But this lady named GRETAL...would not help me...I don't know what to do...It cost me about $120.00 enough to choke over but not enough to hire a lawyer over.. Then I looked on the web and found tons of stories about this company BeddingInn.. They just lost a customer for good...and I would have ordered again and again from them if they knew how to treat their customers.
