Ordered products from BellaLabs and LA creme. Canceled products 7 days after receiving products. Next day my card was charged for both products. I was sent an email stating their cancelation return policy. I was within the time to return. Placed fraud alert and stop payment with my bank, which is pending. Sent email to bells labs with policy info and their miss calculation of dates. Requested funds returned immediately. Product has been returned.

I ordered a "sample' and they do NOT have any customer service...it's BOGUS. They do not answer phone ! FINALLY got through...either pay $49 or return. No brainer...RETURN! In fact don't accept delivery at all and you won't find yourself in this mess!

I'll also contact credit card to let them know it's for real, do not allow charge to go through!

HORRIBLE company with really bad service.... yet another scam!

I ordered a trial offer fom BellaLabs' "amazing facial cream" for the cost of $4.95 for shipping and handling. Less than 14 days later my bank is charged $89! I called and spoke to Alex customer service representaitve and I asked him to first cancel the order and credit my bank account of the $89 charge. He said, Sure I can do that! He took my information and I just knew the credit was forthcoming and this would be all there was to it. Their responding emails began educating me on what I should have done both before finalizing the order as well as receiving the product. My thoughts were this company advertised their product as a free trail offer all for the cost of shipping. They conveniently tell you in the online ad that it should take at least 30 days for you to realize a difference in your skin. So, why shouldnt they have stated in bold print their product is time sensitive with a charge of $89 if you fail to respond? This is nothing but a scam.."bait and hook" tactic! They only returned $44. What a rip.

I qualified for a free gift doing an on line survey, i chose the bella labs facial cream. i dont really care for the product and called the given phone number several times. i have received no contact from them and no response to my on going messages. i now recieved another shipment and i called again stating that i do not want this and do not bill my account. i have called over six times in the last 24 hours, either i am on hold with a recording or left a voicemail. i am also going to put a hold at my bank.

Bella labs is offering a 14 day free trial of their anti-aging skin cream, simply pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. My wife was our of the country at the time, so I decided she might like to try it. I ordered the free trial and when I received the package, I never opened it, waiting for her to return. Now I get a charge on my debit card for $87.00 dollars which I can't afford right now since my only income is Social Security. I called the company and asked for charge to be reversed as I am sending the product back unopened.

The CSR told me too bad, they have my money and they will not accept the product if returned. Their "terms and conditions" are (as usual) hidden at the bottom of the page in very small print that is very light colored grey text.

No where else on the website do they mention anything about $87.00 charge after 14 days. I looked at my PayPal account and it was posted that my order was placed 12 days ago. CSR told me it doesn't maatter what my paypal records show, they go by their records and charged in on what they called "their recirds".

I explained I felt like I had been tricked (again) and the product package has not been opened and I really can't afford this at this time. So, they get the unopend product back, I get my money back and all is well. NO, they say...They have a legal right to keep my money no matter what I do.

I asked for a supervisor and after a while the CSR told me the supervisor would give me a 25% refund if I sent the product back. I refused, and now they will keep my money AND get the product back.

Very rude, beligerant and uncooperative.
