September 1, 2014 I purchased a 2005 F2 50 Ford truck from the used cars department. I asked the sales person why it was so cheap was there something wrong with it. he then quoted that they do 100 point inspection on all their vehicles before selling them trade-ins are gone through thoroughly so I proceed. When I met with the finance Tom Smith I believe was his name he had me sign a form that said I was purchasing the vehicle as it is I then asked him as well are these vehicles inspected. he stated they were before any sale they do 100 point inspection to make sure they're able to be sold. He gave me a free all change card which I used three weeks later. I check the truck in sooner then it needed because it was running sluggishly after the service was done their certified technician mechanic came out not knowing I just purchased the vehicle three weeks ago he stated you have oil in your coolant and has been there for over three months, he also remembered this vehicle that was brought in on a trade-in last year. I then informed him if it was three months ago by your expertise I just purchased the vehicle three weeks ago he was embarrassed. I quickly called Tom with finance told him they sold me a vehicle that had previous damage he refused to help me and stated it was an as is sale this was fraud.

I drove the vehicle home not knowing what to do and couple weeks later the motor burns out had it towed to a certified diesel mechanic who quoted me $8000 of repair basically rebuilding the engine I finance this vehicle for 13,900 because I had no means of paying cash. I did put down 2900 for a down payment. I then set up meetings with general managers Steve and Jim Crutcher. These two gentlemen were very unfriendly there were quick to say they could not help because it was an as is sale when I asked Steve don't you guys do 100 point inspection before you sell these vehicles like you're used car sales rep and finance personnel told me he stated they don't do any inspection on them just sell them as is. His boss Jim crutcher then entered the room and I asked him don't you do inspections on these vehicles like your used car salesman and finance personnel had told me he stated yes we do a safety inspection on brakes and tires nothing with the oil. Then they both called and pull the records for this truck they were being very secretive Lee but I overheard that there was work done to this truck and inspection they knew what this truck had they knew the cost to repair it that's why they drop the cost of the truck $3-$4000 and pond it off to the little man.

Both Steve and Jim were very unprofessional people that whole brochure acts like they're your best friend when you're there but it was something goes wrong there don't even know you their option to help me out was asking me to trade the truck in the way it was for another truck and they would give me what they thought it was worth than the remainder of the loan text on the end of the new loan I am a hard-working construction man with a family of five I only make about 30 to 40,000 a year if I had the money I would've bought a car cash I thought this was a reputable dealership but I was mistaken now I'm going to take this as far as I can to mess up their name and give them bad publicity I'm calling everyone I can local newspaper I'm going as far as protesting in front of the dealership soon we will be protesting in front of your dealership you monsters Jim and Steve you guys are horrible people we are the customers we are the ones that are keeping you employed
