Bestbank charge me an overdraft fees with money deposit in my bank account. In November 23 2012 i have a balance of 366.40 dallors, i made purchase in sears of 100 dallors , leaving me with a balance of 263.90 cents but bestbank also charge me an overfee of 35.00 that same day.
I made another purchase at kroger of 54.44 dollars and best bank charge me another over draft fee of 35.00.the over drafts fees continue on November 26 2012 . I have negative balance of 13.10 dallors.
I made a total purchase of 340.11 of products, including food , gas , etc and etc, yes i should have a remaining balance of 26.29 dallors . But to my surprise i owe the bank 373.21 dollars. I look at my bank statement to see what was wrong , yeah best bank was charging several overdarfts fees even i cleary have money deposit in my bank from november 23 to november 26 bestbank charge me 175.00 dollars in total overdarfts fee , when clearly the statement reflect that where money still deposit in my account. basically bestbank send me to the negative numbers with thier darfts fee of own money they claim , that the depost was "there " they made responsible for the negative balance.I would like to sumit the evidence I print out my account information showing the information I writing.
