Bettie Jean Carmack Bettie Carmack RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL Interior Decorator
Bettie Jean Carmack or Bettie Carmack is an interior decorator in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado 80113. Several of my friends at the local country club recommended Bettie Carmack to design the interior and purchase the furnishings for my country estate. My attorney drew up an agreement which stated that Bettie Carmack would pay for all of the furnishings in the home and seek reimbursement from me. Bettie Carmack would choose the paint swatches and any wallpaper designs and then get approval from me to paint the walls and wallpaper the room selected.
Well...Bettie Carmack chose furniture all made out of snake skin. She chose snake skin furniture because I told her how much I liked my python purse. Just because I like snake skin doesn't mean I want to sit on it in EVERY ROOM for the rest of my life.
Anyway, we worked it out where I would have one snake skin furniture piece in every room and either leather or uposthered furniture in the rest of the rooms. I was pretty happy and left for my WINTER vacation to EUROPE. When I returned three (3) months later, Bettie Jean Carmack had painted my foyer walls a blotted color scheme of camoflage green; she had painted all the bed rooms sunshine yellow; and painted the exercise room, the sitting room, the pool house, and the rest of the house feces brown. My husband and I were aghast. My 20 year old son actually fainted. Bettie Carmack then had the nerve to hand me the painting bill which was $25,000.00. The agreement specifically provided that Bettie Jean Carmack would consult with me first before she proceeded to paint or wallpaper rooms.
My attorney and I are in the process of filing a lawsuit against Bettie Carmack. What she has done is CRIMINAL! My country home is no longer liveable and my friends have shunned me from high society. What am I to do now that my country home is unavailable to host parties?
When I tried to appeal to Bettie Jean Carmack's CIVIL sensibility and tell her what issues I had with her decorating, she became RUDE and acted UNPROFESSIONAL. She told me that I was a high society b***tch and that I deserved to be brown walls because my attitude STINKS. How dare a low class interior designer speak to me this way???!!! She also bad mouthed me to all of my friends at the country club. How dare this woman slander and tell lies about me!
