DO NOT trust this scam company! Beverley Diamonds are thieves. I put a deposit on a ring and half an hour I changed my mind and asked for a refund. They agreed and returned the money that night. Great. But then two weeks later, I noticed that same amount had been charged to my credit card again but this time it was WITHOUT my consent or authorization and without any refund. It's been another three weeks after that transaction and they still have not returned the money. I confirmed with the bank that it was Beverley Diamonds fault, the void never went through. WHATEVER YOU DO... DO NOT GIVE THESE CRIMINALS YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Well everyone be ware I received my ring August 1st and this weekend I noticed a big black spot in my diamond visable to the naked eye. I get married this Saturday and this is very upsetting to deal with. After two days of trying to speak to someone I finally got to speak to Sam in Customer Service and He offered me a deal. He said He was only going to charge me over $250 to get the diamond fixed and I would have to pay for the shipping. Well such a good deal after having the ring for 37 days. That is disgusting. Can you imagine spending over $11,000 to only have a ring last that long. I told them that I had no confidence in this diamond and would always be concerned that the same thing would happen again.

Sam assured me that this was very rare. My argument back to Him was if that was the case then why would Beverly Diamonds not go back to who they got the diamond back and get them to fix this issue and give me a good diamond which is what I should have.

Needless to say I am not going to worry about this for now but after the wedding I will have to address this issue. I asked Sam to put in writing what the deal was that they where suppose to give me but at this time no email. This is very bad Customer Service I had my ring appraised and the certificate they gave they said the ring was worth around $25,000 but my appraiser said it was worth $13,000 big difference.

Also the color and clarity was not what they had put on their certificate either. Beware. Sam implied to me that He did not know what I did with my ring to have caused the filling to fall out. I told Him I wore it on my finger exactly where a ring should be, the nerve to imply I did something to my ring especially days before My wedding shame on Him. To be continued. Be careful sometimes things are too good to be true. I did get a call back later and Sam said He had gone to His Boss and got them to waive the charge for me to fix my ring. I told Him I appreciated His effort but I want a new diamond. I don't feel I should have a negative thought when it comes to the ring representing the best day of my life....

Purchased engagement ring. Have had to send it back three times for repairs since March.

I ordered an engagement ring for $4050.72 on Feb 20 2014. Order number 17244. Transaction number 5947471443. It was a 1.36 carat princess cut VS2 F 14k white gold (item sku:2nc627) On March 18 emailed the company because there were peeling on the band. March 25 had to email again because no one had contacted me. I sent the ring back to Beverly Diamond on March 26. April 22 I took the ring into a jeweler because the same exact peeling happened yet again. The jeweler told me there were impurities in the gold. So I sent my engagement ring back yet again because they refused to give me a refund. This time they upgraded the center stone to a 1.2 carat. Today April 25th I noticed a very visible crack in the diamond and the same peeling as before in the same spots. I have tried to contact DLA Diamond Laboratory of America; the ""company"" that did the appraisal thru Beverly diamonds and the company nor the report sent to me is real.

My fiance bought an engagement ring on February 25, 2014 for $3330.00. It stated on the website it usually ships in 2-5 business days. A week had passed and we had not received anything. I called the company that our engagement party is on March 9 and I must have the ring by that day. Kris, our customer service representative promised that we would receive the ring on March 8. She gave us a fedex tracking number to follow. At the time where it was supposed to be here it wasn't and fedex stated that they didn't receive anything for pick up, the company had only created a label.

We were forced to o buy another engagement ring so I could have it at the party on march 9. The company was closed on Saturday and Sunday so I called on Monday to see what's going on. Kris stated that everything from her end was done, it was the shipping department that had the ring. Up to March 20, I called the company almost every day asking them to either give our money back or send us the ring.I would leave messages on the phone. Many times no one would answer. Whenever Kris would answer I would tell her that I didn't want the ring anymore, I bought another one. Kris stated that the ring is so beautiful that I must see it first then if I didn't like it I could return it.

I asked many times to speak to the manager, Matthew I was told, but she would never put me on the phone stating that he wasn't there or he was at a meeting. I asked for the owners name and phone number, Kris said its confidential and she could not give me the information. The ring finally arrived on March 21. The ring didn't look like the picture. It had 2 small missing diamonds. My fiance ordered an 18k gold, on the ring says 14k gold. The center diamond has multiple fillers. Im simply not satisfied with the ring or the service. I called since march 21 the company requesting an immediate full refund. Kris tells me she can't do that because its after 30 day policy which I said that I just received the ring.

Then she says i can't get refund because its engraved. I have again asked to speak to the manager but she says he is in meetings or not in the office. There are times she promises to call back but doesn't. Or turns off the phone where it goes straight to messages. On march28 Kris said she would give me a refund but they would have to keep 20% for stocking fee. I refuse for them to even keep a penny after all that I have gone through. So here I am. I refuse to give up. I want to send the ring and want a full refund. This has been one of the most frustrating and time consuming service I have ever received.
