BC-Casino is a scam – plain and simple. My story with them is not the only example of how they are set out to scam you. I made a request for a withdrawal around 6 months ago for an amount of 6 Bitcoin. It was not such a big deal and I even forgot about it for a couple of weeks. When, two weeks later, I finally remembered that I have a Bitcoin transfer pending from BC-Casino I decided to find out what was taking so long. When I inquired with customer services I was told that they would be putting my Bitcoin back into my account on BC-Casino because the withdrawal could not be processed at the time. I dismissed this nonsense and decided to initiate another withdrawal. This was also returned into my account. I was starting to think that BC-Casino was deliberately using a stall tactic-type scam, where they keep the Bitcoin in their pool by not allowing withdrawals to be made at certain times. I emailed support once more and I was told that I would have the withdrawal processed within the next 48 hours.
It has been 6 months and I am yet to see my Bitcoin! What a scam! BC-Casino has now stopped responding to all messages and they are ignoring my frequent requests for withdrawals. I am not sure what I am supposed to do now and how to get my Bitcoin transferred into my wallet. This is a scam on a grand scale – feeding promises to desperate players and holding on to their Bitcoin against their will. BC-Casino is still operating but I hope to spread the word about them – that they should not be trusted. But there are still too many outstanding complaints of non payment of Bitcoin by BC-Casino. Mine is one of them.
