They promised Mining Hardware that would be delivered on April 1st. They have not delivered to me or anyone else for that matter, they kept releasing fake "production updates" to keep people stringing along with their scam.
I asked for a refund and they said they have added me to the "refund list" and if I didn't keep my cool or spoke in any way other than the way they wish to be spoken to, they will put me at the bottom of the list.
it's been nearly a year I have been arguing with them to get my refund and they now pretty much are ignoring me and they even close my support tickets right away.
They have stolen everyone's money... in my opinion millions of dollars and are a complete fraud. They have no production.. just promise of hardware and if you ask for a refund they give you problems. most people don't do anything cause they still have hope to recuperate their money but this is not ever going to happen.
