Bruce Rowland is a lifelong scammer. His main goal is to take your money. He was running a similar scam under a different name and managed to get me for 10k for a licensing deal to literally market his fake 0% interest product. Simply type in his name into the search on the rip off report and you will see all the other scams folks have reported on. Stay away from this guy he is a pathological liar and will 100% steal your money.
When you search him in the rip off report you can even find mug-shots of him being arrested. It is unfortunate that scammer like this get to keep doing this over and over to unsuspecting people. He really should be put behind bars.

After reading the above post, I did a little research on this company. Looks like someone has a personal complaint against Mr. Rowland, not BlackTie Technologies. I could not find one merchant or consumer to say one bad thing about BlackTie as a business or Bruce Rowland. Whoever is attacking this man seems to be an evil person. If you can find a merchant or consumer link with verifiable contact info, I would assume this post is fabricated...just saying :)~
