I purchased 2 pre-owned Yamaha 115 outboard engines from them, they were supposed to be in good running condition. When I went there to look at them my sales man James said they were taken in on trade and had no problems, also passed there inspection test...I told him my concerns because I needed them shipped out of the country. He said there was nothing to worry about, there a big online dealer, they do this all the time etc... Once they arrived I found them to be inoperable.. Port engine: trim and tilt does not lock in the down position and needs to be rebuilt, computer bad causing #2 cylinder not to fire. Starboard engine: is getting water in the oil when running on the hose which means there is a problem in the power head itself either a blown head gasket or corrosion in the head causing the water and oil to mix..I paid them with check so now they have my money and they won't even call me back. I tried to call them for the last 3 days and they won't call me back... if they have also screwed you please contact the department of business and professional regulations and file a report against them, their license # is ************
They also charged me tax on the engines even though they were directly exported out of the country.
