I am so baffled by this spa. They want customers, and sell gift certificates, but do not allow redemption of them. The owner, Robin Doerr, has outright refused to honor a valid gift certificate that was purchased for me. This company is clearly running a scam. She has not fulfilled the massage that it is for and I'm stuck with a useless gift certificate that was for my birthday. Don't go here - don't buy gift certificates or deals - and don't give them any of your money.
