Don’t ever think of checking in at bog hotel- run far, run fast since it that might be the last place you’ll be found alive, seriously. It is true that the modern design of the hotel is inviting and makes a sense of luxury. But it all ends there and you’ll know that as you enter the door. The dark halls and what i strongly believe is arrangement of their roomsThe toilet,in particular, which is in entrance) are already good reasons not to check in to the hotel.
They have poor customer service. We asked them to turn on the sauna a few minutes before we arrive on the hotel and we were surprised that they didn’t. Exhausted, we decided to proceed to our room only to be disappointed to see its set up. Worse, they denied a close friend of ours to proceed to our room. Just what hotel does that?!
And just when we thought that the horror is through, we got locked inside their sauna. It’s either their facility is built sound-proof or the staff there ignored our shout for help since it took a while before someone arrived to help us. A friend of mine nearly died when they arrived due to hyperthermia and there’s no cold shower there. The water we ordered didn’t arrive. It seems like they intended for this to happen and if not for a good friend of ours, we would’ve been stuck there for hours.
To add insult to injury, they were unapologetic about what happened and didn’t even offered first aid to our friend whose hands were wounded to get us out of there. Despite all these, they refused to refund our payment and this staff on the picture made this mess worse! as you can see, my friends hand was badly wounded with his struggle to open the door and get out of the place.
